Cleared and graded lot after an R2R demolition, with the dumpster still on site

What We Do

One Team. One Call. We Handle It All.

Residential Demolition

Houses, garages, sheds, decks and outbuildings taken down safely.

Interior Demolition

Gut jobs, kitchens, baths and full interior strip-outs.

Debris Removal & Haul-Off

Everything we take down leaves in our own trucks.

Concrete Removal

Driveways, patios, slabs and footings broken out and hauled.

Site Cleanup & Disposal

Graded, raked and ready for whatever comes next.

Safe & Compliant

Handled the right way, start to finish.

How It Works

Two Ways We Come Into a Demo Job

We Did the Demolition

Cleanup is already part of the job. The structure goes down, the debris leaves in our trucks, and the site is raked before we call it finished, with no separate cleanup line to find out about later.

Someone Else Did

Plenty of our cleanup work follows another crew’s demo, a fire or storm loss, or a project that stalled out. We will come load out what is there and leave you a clean lot.

The Process

How a Demo Job Runs

  1. 1Walkthrough. We look at the structure and give you a firm number.
  2. 2Schedule. We lock a date and handle the dumpster side of it too.
  3. 3Tear-down. Equipment on site, structure down, debris loaded out.
  4. 4Haul-off. Every load goes out in our own trucks.
  5. 5Final cleanup. Site raked clean and ready for the next phase.

FAQ

Demolition Questions

Will you clean up a demo another contractor did?

Yes, and we do it regularly. Send us photos of what is on the ground and we will tell you what it takes to clear it.

Is cleanup included if R2R does the demolition?

Yes. When we take a structure down, hauling the debris and clearing the site is part of the job, not a separate line you find out about later.

Do you handle interior demolition as well as full tear-downs?

Both. We do whole structures and interior strip-outs: kitchens, baths and full gut jobs ahead of a remodel.

Can you handle concrete and foundation material?

Yes. Concrete, block and masonry are heavy, so those loads get sized and planned differently than mixed debris.

Do I need a dumpster or a full cleanup crew?

Depends on the pile and who is loading it. If you have labour, a roll-off may be all you need. If you do not, we bring equipment and handle it. Call and describe the site.

How soon can you get out there?

Call us with the location and the timeline. Our trucks and equipment are based in Lowell, so we are not driving in from out of state to look at it.
