The Basics
What a Roll-Off Actually Is
A roll-off is an open-top container that rolls off the back of a truck onto your site and gets winched back on when it is full. No dock, no loading equipment, no repeat trips to the transfer station.
You load it on your own schedule. We drop it, you fill it, you call, we take it away.

- Sized to sit on a normal residential driveway

Where It Can Go
A few minutes of prep is the difference between a clean drop and a wasted trip.
What We Need
Give the truck room to back in and tip the box down.
- Roughly 60 feet of straight approach
- About 10 to 12 feet of width
- Around 20 feet of overhead clearance
- A firm, reasonably level surface
- Vehicles and equipment moved clear
Tell Us Ahead Of Time
None of these are dealbreakers. They just change how we plan the drop.
- New, stamped or sealed concrete
- Low branches, wires or a tight gate
- Soft ground, gravel or a steep drive
- HOA rules or a gated community
- Placement on a public street, which may need a city permit

Roll-Off Questions
How long is the rental?
As long as you need. Daily, weekly and long-term rentals are all available. Tell us the timeline when you book and call if the job runs over.
Do I need a permit?
Not for a private driveway. If the box has to sit on a public street or right of way, your city may require one. Check with the city and let us know so we can plan around it.
Will the truck damage my driveway?
We put boards under the rails to spread the load. Tell us if the surface is new, stamped or sealed and we will take extra care.
How full can I load it?
Level with the top rail. Anything mounded above the rail cannot be tarped, which means it cannot legally leave your property.
What if I fill it and I’m not done?
We will swap it. Full box out, empty box in the same spot, and you keep working.
What can’t go in it?
Hazardous material, paint and solvents, asbestos, tires, batteries, pressurised cylinders and appliances with refrigerant. If you are unsure about something, call before it goes in the box.
